Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder and Commercial Director, and take charge of managing and expanding their portfolio of national UK customers. This role offers a unique blend of supporting with major grocers while spearheading efforts to secure listings and drive growth in the Convenience and High Street channels.Key Responsibilities:Drive growth within their existing customer baseCultivate strong relationships with customers to unlock opportunities the brandTake ownership of volume and revenue forecasts for their assigned accountsCollaborate closely with the Founders to shape their UK sales strategyManage accounts across grocery, convenience, and high street channelsOversee promotional strategy, in-store execution, and new product launchesAssist the broader team with trade shows and key marketing initiativesEnsure brand consistency in-store and online activitiesAnalyse sales data and trends, presenting insights internally and externallyUphold high customer satisfaction ratingsEmbrace innovation and explore unconventional business approachesWho Are We Looking For?We seek a trailblazer; someone driven, ambitious, and eager to make a difference.
