This growing £4m international boutique Consultancy in London, provides advice to Senior Management in the Political, Defence, Media and Education sectors. Projects are of multi-million pound value and can be conducted over several years. The company is seeking to appoint a full time Group Finance Director, a role created due to its recent growth and to aid the implementation of its development plans.
Reporting to the CEO, the Group Finance Director role is both hands-on and strategic and will include:
Hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day finance function
Maintain complex intercompany and group issues
Manage cash flow and various funding streams
Implement and shape effective financial governance
Support the CEO with decision making within a complex operating model
Provide management information and project analysis
Manage statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, liaising with advisors
Support relationships with key external stakeholders and funders
Oversee ad hoc issues such as insurance and ITThis Group Finance Director role will require a high-calibre experienced Finance professional, with a strong work ethic and the capability to work closely with a team of high-achieving consultants and Board.
