The Role
* Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including commercial contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT‑related litigation, restrictive covenant claims and more
* Handle matters from pre‑action advice through to High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings
* Collaborate with Partners on high‑value, business‑critical disputes
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Actively contribute to firm‑wide initiatives and a thriving team culture
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
* Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise
* A client‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset – balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
