Job Description
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will manage all operations across Victoria and Tasmania, ensuring the region consistently delivers on safety, service, financial performance, customer outcomes and employee engagement. You will lead managers across Sales, Field Operations, and Administration and work closely with the regional executive team to execute growth, compliance and operational strategies.
1. Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
2. Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to departmental heads and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
5. Identify opportunities for growth and drive business development strategies.
6. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to meet revenue and profit targets.
7. Managing state programs, incentive structures and succession planning
8. Ensure effective risk management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
9. Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to enhance its profile.
