General Manager – New Opening – QSR Business - £37,500
The Role:
Our client is opening an exciting new QSR concept in a bustling food hall and is seeking a highly hands-on General Manager to lead the team and drive the success of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of 5, leading, training, and motivating them to deliver excellent customer service and food quality.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in a high-traffic environment.
3. Monitor KPIs, P&L, and drive sales through upselling, marketing initiatives, and outstanding guest experiences.
4. Manage stock counts, ordering, and GP targets.
5. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
6. Deliver financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost control.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality.
8. Very hands-on approach with strong leadership and people management skills.
9. Experience managing KPIs, P&L, and driving sales performance.
10. Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance!
11. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
12. Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
