As an Installer you will visit customers in their homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters. Our team of Design Consultants will process the order and take payment so you can focus on offering great customer service. If this is unlike anything you’ve done before that’s ok – many of our self-employed Advisors started from different backgrounds and have gone on to run successful Hillarys businesses with our support.

Responsibilities

* Visit customers in their homes to measure and install Hillarys products (including shutters).
* Work with the Design Consultants who process orders and take payments so you can focus on customer service.
* Engage with customers, provide high-quality service, and help drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Participate in Discovery Sessions to learn about the Advisor opportunity and how it fits you.
* Maintain a professional image and uphold Hillarys branding in all customer interactions.


Qualifications and requirements

* Strong desire to learn and succeed in a self-employed advisory role.
* Experience in construction, trades (e.g., joiners, carpenters, window or kitchen fitters) is welcome but not required.
* Willingness to learn and adapt within a supported training environment.
* Valid UK driving licence to travel to customers locally.
