Simplify compliance processes to reduce accidents and injuries, promoting operator accountability for safety risk management. Ensure operational policies and procedures are simple, effective, and fit for purpose. Partner with the distribution centres senior management team, providing feedback, information, and advice. Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate that health and safety management is about care, not just compliance. The Ideal Candidate Degree-level science qualification in a related subject Postgraduate qualification at minimum diploma level in health & safety / NEBOSH diploma Professional qualification, ideally CMIOSH or working towards Ideally 5 years' experience in related industry Experienced in strategic risk management Highly effective influencing skills and personal impact Accident investigation techniques and ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations Automation experience Package Description Up to £57,000 depending on experience.
