Our ARUCPD programme is one of the most ambitious and innovative projects at the university, aimed at fostering professional development and student success. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate student records, processing applications, extensions, and withdrawal requests, as well as monitoring eligibility for ARUCPD credits and certificates. You will facilitate ARUCPD Accreditation Boards, prepare meeting minutes, and manage student and module data. Additionally, you will maintain and update ARUCPD learning platforms, ensuring timely resolution of any access or technical issues, and support students with queries related to ARUCPD via email, virtual calls, and online chats. Your efforts will directly impact our students' academic and professional journeys, contributing to the broader success of our Faculty.
You will have a key role in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with students and module leaders, ensuring timely updates and support, and assisting in data reporting and analysis, including student data analysis and feedback summaries. You will bring excellent customer service skills, IT literacy, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to the role. Your ability to plan and progress work activities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, and innovation when taking on new projects. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or two A-levels or equivalent and will have the confidence to liaise with a range of people, including presenting in front of colleagues and students if required.
A background in Higher or Further Education is desirable, as is experience with data analysis. You should be organised with excellent time management skills, a proactive and flexible attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Customer-focused with an enthusiastic approach, you will support all stakeholders and contribute to the continued success and growth of the ARUCPD programme.
