We are also registered to provide care for young people with physical disabilities. All our private, light and spacious bedrooms are fully-furnished, with the benefit of en-suite facilities. Residents are very welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their space and make it their home. Our facilities are designed to enable residents to be as independent as possible, with the assistance of 24 hour care. We do not offer sponsorship for this role. Required Criteria Right to work in the UK. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good standard of oral and written English. A non-judgemental approach to others. Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members. Desired Criteria Educated to QCF/ NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
