GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Lead Structural Designer to join our team.
Lead and manage structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Develop and review detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
Coordinate design activities with internal engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with the project manager.
Liaise with clients, attend design reviews, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Minimum 8 years of structural design experience, preferably in offshore oil & gas sectors.
Proficient in structural design software and CAD tools (AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of offshore structural codes.
