* Flexible with shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Roles & Responsibilities of the Relief Chefs
Depending on your experience level, duties may include:
* Preparing and cooking dishes to specification
* Supporting service across multiple kitchen sections
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Assisting with menu preparation and stock rotation
* Leading sections or supervising junior staff (senior roles)
* Stepping into short-notice temporary shifts with confidence
