BettingJobs is working with a UKGC focused sportsbook brand, who are looking to add a Sportsbook Operations Exec to their team based in London.
Responsibilities:
* Providing top level customer service to our UK based customers.
* Profiling Sportsbook players based on account activity.
* Profiling Sportsbook 'defaults' using the appropriate analysis Reporting tools.
* Assist the Customer Service team with all Sportsbook and Sportsbook wager disputes, settlements, re-settlements, and cancellations.
* Review Sportsbook account activities to approve/deny payout requests.
* Complete various site checks several times daily to ensure the accuracy of our Sportsbook and Sportsbook product.
* Able to run the Sportsbook product manually when necessary.
* Create and manage Future's lines for various sports.
* Perform regular Live Tracker Watch shifts, assisting Trading in spotting bad bets, syndicate betting and stale lines.
* Manual settlement checks across all Sports on a regular basis.
* Maintaining and monitoring Tableau reports to be used daily.
* Revision of Opponents/Players management upon every new Season across each Sport.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of sports and a keen interest in betting.
* Strong mathematical ability with a basic understanding of odds, percentages and probabilities.
* Willingness to work outside of standard 9-5 hours.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and detail orientation.
* Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic.
* Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
* Outstanding analytical and probing skills.
* Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident in decision-making ability.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.

* Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Internet applications and all Operations facing tools within the company.
