Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

The Opportunity
I'm recruiting for a growing Birmingham-based tech company that's building open, scalable software used to power data-driven platforms in the sustainability and energy space. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to work on meaningful products, influence technical decisions, and be part of a team that genuinely values good engineering.
You'll be joining a close-knit engineering team of around 12, with a strong senior presence and a collaborative, low-ego culture. Engineers here are trusted to make decisions, challenge ideas, and help shape both the product and the technical roadmap.
What You'll Be Working On
1. Building and evolving large-scale web applications used by organisations across the UK
2. Designing and delivering new platform features end-to-end
3. Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of existing systems
