Vehicle Estimator / VDA Required in Croydon!
1. Salary: £50,000 per annum DOE + Generous OTE
2. Location: Croydon, Surrey
3. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Our client, a leading, well-established body shop in Croydon, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their thriving, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the VDA / Estimator:
4. Build strong relationships with customers and insurance companies.
5. Create precise, high-quality repair estimates using Audatex.
6. Efficiently manage and upload all work to Audatex, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
7. Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and repair quality.
Requirements for the VDA / Estimator:
8. 3-5 years’ proven experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre or similar setting.
9. Background in a main dealership bodyshop or independent insurance-approved body shop.
10. ATA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable but not mandatory.
11. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
