We're looking for a proactive and technically confident IT Support Technician (Level 1/2) to join our team. This role offers a balanced hybrid setup and exposure to a broad range of technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business,handling issues via phone,email,remote tools,and in person.
* Support day-to-day operations of Windows 11 PCs,laptops,and mobile devices.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook,Teams,SharePoint,Exchange Online,etc).
* Basic troubleshooting of networking issues (DHCP,DNS,VPNs,switches,Wi-Fi).
* Monitor network infrastructure,respond to alerts,and escalate when needed.
* Perform morning racing checks to ensure operational readiness for daily racing schedules.
* Provision and maintain hardware – laptops,printers,peripherals.
* Maintain accurate ticketing records and update documentation regularly.
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule,covering some weekends,including network monitoring and checks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role - min. 1 year.
* Strong understanding of Windows 11,Microsoft 365,and general IT hardware.
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP,LAN/WAN,VPN).
* Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Capable of working independently,especially during remote and on-call shifts.
* Certifications (CompTIA,Microsoft,etc.) are welcome but not required.
