Running our stand alone production Facility as General Manager you will manage a small team. Experience of Production, Manufacturing, Assembly, Production Planning and Engineering will all set you apart. You will have full responsibility to deliver to our customers and schedule your production to ensure you achieve that, managing production costs - so avoid overtime if you can. As part of an international group you will have all the resources you need, that is if you can make a strong enough case for the investment. The previous occupier of this role is retiring to care for family, but he said "it was the most satisfying job and the most fun he'd had" and he used to be self employed!!!
