Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Data and Reporting Lead
to manage and optimize our data reporting processes. This role is critical in driving data accuracy, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data management tools, and the ability to lead a team towards delivering high-quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data reporting solutions and dashboards to support business needs.
* Oversee data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Management of recovery audit processes with 3rd party suppliers
* Delivery of monthly SSC KPI reporting and insights
* Develop and enforce data governance and quality standards.
* Manage and mentor data team
* Analyse complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions (Preventative reporting)
* Supporting acquisition transition to Business Central (Data migration)
* Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort (SLA timeframes measured and reported)
* Ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
* Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data management and reporting.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within Shared Services and understanding of processes
* Strong proficiency with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
