The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building services solutions acrossmercial, industrial, and public sector projects.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, thepany is now seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and strengthen its operational leadership team.
Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the management and delivery of electrical building services projects from pre-construction through topletion.Working closely with clients, site teams, and internal departments, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.You will play a key leadership role within the business, overseeing multiple contracts simultaneously, managing project teams, and driving performance across all stages of delivery.Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing multiple electrical contracts across various sectors
2. Overseeing project delivery from design coordination through to handover
3. Leading and supporting site teams, including Project Managers and Supervisors
4. Managing client relationships and attending regular progress meetings
5. Ensuringpliance with HSE regulations andpany procedures
6. Monitoring project financial performance, including budgets, variations, and forecasts
7. Liaising with design,mercial, and procurement teams
8. Identifying and mitigating project risks
9. Supporting business growth through client retention and repeat business
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager role within building services
10. Strong background working for an electrical contractor
11. Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects acrossmercial or industrial sectors
12. Excellent knowledge of electrical building services and UK regulations
13. Strong leadership and team management skills
14. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
15. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
16. Relevant electrical qualifications (, HNC/HND or degree in Electrical or Building Services)
