* Strong business acumen with the ability to diagnose varied business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
* Comfortable working in volatile or ambiguous environments with a resilient and collaborative approach.
* 15+ years' experience in blue‑chip finance environments or shared service centres, including experience in global business process management.
* Expertise in Margin Assurance processes, with experience leading projects beyond standard operational activities.
* Strong financial understanding and commitment to maintaining a robust control environment.
* Demonstrable record of delivering people‑centred change initiatives.
* Ability to influence without authority and navigate organisational dynamics effectively.
