My client, a values-driven primary school, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. Working with an experienced and supportive team, you'll help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their potential. The role begins in January, with a commitment of 15 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting early learners' personal, social, and academic development.
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons.
* Working one-on-one or in small groups, including children with SEN and SEMH needs.
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative community.
