Help change lives by supporting candidates through their Army recruitment journey, within the Army’s National Recruiting Centre.
As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you will work with regional recruiters to support candidates through the Army recruitment process.
This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. Ideally, working 7.5 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — although flexibility is possible.
This is a hybrid role, working both from home and onsite at our office in Upavon.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
* Contacting and supporting candidates currently going through their recruitment journey to join the British Army.
* Managing your own pipeline of candidates using the internal recruitment system.
* Adding clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal database.
* Taking ownership of your personal performance targets.
* Suggesting ideas to improve processes and customer service.
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong customer service experience over the telephone.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good IT skills, with the ability to learn in-house databases.
* Organised approach.
* Familiarity with Army Careers is an advantage.
