Parts Supervisor required for an Automotive leading Car Dealership, located in Epsom.
The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £36,000.
You must have flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with Saturday work on a rota being paid as overtime.

Role Specification:
* Experience working within a Main Dealer Parts environment, with supervisory responsibilities.
* Understanding of brand-specific parts and systems is advisable.
* Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
* Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
* Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Responsibilities:
* Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
* Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
* As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
* Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development. xsngvjr
