Account Specialist
20 hour role Monday - Friday
Working hours: onsite 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with flexibility on timings between 8am and 5pm
Working location: Abbott Whitney
This is a site based role!
Responsibilities
* Manage onboarding requirements for new hires ensuring relevant systems are updated and maintained, and keeping key stakeholders updated on progress.
* Support the maintenance of live systems and active assignments by reviewing assignment end dates and taking the necessary steps to update systems or process leavers.
* Support worker engagement by managing feedback processes throughout the length of the assignment.
* Act as a back up for the onsite engagement account specialist when on holiday or busy.
