The Partridge, Stretton, is our restaurant with 10 newly refurbished bedrooms and plans to develop and extend the whole site further in the next 12 months. We are seeking a strong chef de partie to join our long-standing team and strengthen it for the future.
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity

The role
* Preparation and execution of high-quality food for our guests while achieving our goals and order of service
* Effectively run a section of a busy kitchen, managing section orders, workloads, and maintaining standards
* Assist the Sous Chef with creating daily specials and evolving the menu
* In charge of running an individual section of the kitchen
* Work closely with junior team members to support their learning and development
* Display kindness and lead by example among colleagues
* Assist colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning, and H&S procedures and compliance
