From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we are a valued partner to the clients we work with. Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance

Who Are We Looking For?

As a key member of the project delivery team, the Client Delivery Manager will take full responsibility for managing the live roll out of our clients’ vision into retail stores throughout the UK. Ensuring your client’s project is fully resourced, completed on time, to budget and to the client’s satisfaction; the role involves working closely with merchandisers and the wider project team, to deliver a first-class merchandising service. The role with focus on project delivery, quality control, reporting, data management and stock control.

Previous experience is not essential, what’s more important is a desire to succeed and to do this you must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, liaising with merchandisers and retailers, mainly via the phone is an essential part of the role.

* Comfortable and confident with using MS Office in particular Excel
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
* Being trustworthy and approachable, building rapport and trust with colleagues and clients alike

What Does Your New Role Look Like?

Working as part of the wider Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver world class service to our clients. You will do this by:

* Delivering your projects on time and within budget.
* Administering all activities and managing expectations while ensuring all operational objectives are fully achieved.
* Building strong client relationships, acting as the main operational point of contact for your allocated accounts and/or clients.
* Providing key information to the client prior to the project going live and then ongoing as requested within agreed timescales.
* Ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively with the aim to always exceed expectations where possible.
* Managing any client/field/office complaints in relation to your allocated account(s).
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge & full visibility of the client and their requests and/or forthcoming works.
* Preparing quote models as required for approval by senior management.
* Ensuring client SLA and Guidelines are always fulfilled.
* Taking responsibility for all client invoicing for your allocated account(s).
