General Manager for Fine Dining Restaurant in London £60,000 – £65,000 per annum
* Role: General Manager
* Location: Central London
* Schedule: 5–6 days per week, approx. 45–48 hours, closed Sundays
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in Central London. Known for its elegant setting, exceptional service, and refined cuisine, this intimate venue is seeking a calm, confident leader to guide a talented front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring flawless service
* Lead and develop a close-knit FOH team with a focus on consistency and standards
* Collaborate with senior management, kitchen, and beverage teams
* Manage guest reservations, floor planning, and flow of service
* Maintain a warm and professional atmosphere at all times
* Drive training, performance reviews, and menu briefings
Ideal Candidate:
* 2–3 years in a senior FOH role within a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
* Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
* Highly guest-focused, composed, and detail-driven
* Excellent communicator who thrives in a small, high-performing team
* Passionate about hospitality, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
