Working in an established team of like-minded legal professionals you will be a fee earner specialising in Wills, Trust and Probate matters. Demonstrating experience of meeting clients in a variety of settings, you will provide support on a number of Private Client matters to include:
1. Drafting Wills and Advising on Trusts
2. Inheritance Tax guidance
3. Probate and Estate Management
We are seeking a clear communicator, with confidence and a friendly demeanour Key will be your experience of working with clients and discussing wealth distribution, charity donations, family relationships and legal guidelines. The position comes with both paralegal and secretarial support, and this firm has accreditations, a will bank, and is financially stable.
This is a long-term career move for someone who is looking to provide advice to a variety of clients, some of which are HNW and you will have support from the Senior Associates to work on complex files and clients to develop your skills and experience further.
