We are looking for two experienced and proactive HR Advisors to join our HR Delivery team, providing high-quality, professional HR support to managers across the organisation.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a responsive and consistent HR service. You will advise on a wide range of people matters, supporting managers to effectively manage employee relations issues in line with KPIs, policies, employment law, and Police Regulations, driving positive workplace outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to organisational change and continuous improvement across HR and the Constabularies.
It is essential that candidates meet the following criteria:
* Level 5 Intermediate CIPD or equivalent experience (Associate)
* Good knowledge and understanding of employment law and its application with significant experience of HR case work
* Ability to coach, support and advise line managers to perform their roles competently and achieve successful outcomes
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including the ability to produce and share information to help develop solutions or solve problems to mitigate risk
* Excellent level of interpersonal skills, able to maintain discretion and communicate professionally and tactfully
* Excellent time management and planning and organisation skills
* Able to implement changes in service provision and contribute ideas and innovative solutions to improve service delivery
* Ability to travel as required to locations within Norfolk and Suffolk
It is desirable that candidates meet the following criteria:
* Knowledge of the broader activities of the Police Service and working with Trade Unions
