Contract Length: 5 months
We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile support team. You will play a key role in delivering IT support solutions to a number of high-profile clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide on-site IT support across various client locations within the designated region
4. Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
5. Deliver hardware break-fix services (training provided if necessary)
6. Maintain and update service tickets accurately and promptly
7. Participate in an on-call rota when required
Essential Requirements:
8. Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:
10. Windows 7, 10, and 11
11. Microsoft 365 suite
12. Excellent customer-facing and munication skills
13. Ability and willingness to obtainernment and individual customer security clearances
14. Previous experience in hardware break-fix support
15. Certifications or accreditations relevant to IT support (, HP or similar)
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you’ll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
