Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Hours: 07:00 - 15:30
Salary: £12.21 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
1. Co-operate fully with the site’s safety requirements.
2. Receive deliveries of customer stock from trailers into warehouse. Check quantities, record receipt and pass on paperwork.
3. Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork. Both full pallet and manual case/break picked from the racking and ground locations.
4. Load trailers with customer goods in a timely manner.
5. Put away customer goods from the warehouse floor into the racking.
6. Manual handling of products.
7. Signing for and accepting responsibility for tasks that have been completed.
8. Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.
9. Stock integrity and quality checks.
10. Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy including shelf dusting, keeping gangways clear and litter removal.
What we need from you:
1. Good communication & team working skills.
2. You MUST have a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points) held for at least 3 years.
3. Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
4. A professional manner.
5. Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
6. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
7. Good organisational and time management skills.
8. Flexibility.
