Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and contribute to competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission:
* Supporting the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and the workshop
* Supporting planning, coordination, and implementation of ERS development projects (including monitoring)
* Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
* Supporting cross-departmental test and deployment planning for ERS components
* Coordinating assembly planning with component responsible teams and workshop
* Participating in process and method optimization
* Analyzing technical data and preparing reports
* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, project management/coordination
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking with a structured approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
