Currently the pub is delivering weekly sales of £10,000 and is split 50/50 so an Operator with strong food experience is needed here.
The pub features a spacious internal trading area, including separate bar and restaurant zones, a vibrant pizza kitchen, pool table, darts area, and an indoor children’s play zone – catering to a broad and diverse customer base.
Externally, the site benefits from a large customer car park and a welcoming outdoor terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or casual drinks. The back-of-house includes a fully equipped, high-capacity commercial kitchen, ready to support a quality food-led offer.
