The Role
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to support and scale our influencer affiliate programme.
This role sits within the Influencer Department and is focused on day-to-day execution, communication, and performance tracking.
You will manage relationships with affiliates, ensure content and deliverables are met, and keep the entire programme running smoothly.
This is not a strategy-only role.
This is for someone who is organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple moving parts at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Affiliate Communication
* Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates (primarily via WhatsApp)
* Respond to questions around orders, content, commissions, and products
* Ensure affiliates feel supported, informed, and engaged
Content & Deliverables
* Track and monitor affiliate content submissions
* Ensure all contractual deliverables are met
* Review content and coordinate with Social and Paid teams for usage
* Request usage rights for high-performing content
* Collect Spark Ads codes for TikTok and pass to Paid Media team
Platform Management
* Manage affiliates on the platform
* Ensure codes, commissions, and payouts are accurate
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve queries efficiently
Performance Tracking
* Monitor affiliate performance and growth
* Track key metrics including ROAS
* Report on performance and identify opportunities to improve
Product & Logistics
* Coordinate product shipments to affiliates
* Manage returns, exchanges, and replacements where needed
Community Management
* Manage and engage affiliate WhatsApp groups
* Encourage posting and participation
* Share updates on launches and programme changes
* Maintain a positive, structured, and active community
Operational Improvements
* Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies
* Escalate issues where needed
* Document processes and updates for team visibility
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and reliable
* Experience in influencer, affiliate, community, or admin roles preferred
* Understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
