The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Barista to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prior experience working as a Barista or in a customer facing role in the luxury hospitality market
* Accomplished barista skills and passion for craft
* Enthusiastic with lots of energy, able to stay composed under pressure
* Understanding of luxury lifestyle market, private membership clubs/ hospitality businesses or similar with demonstratable experience in fast-paced, multi-outlet businesses
* A desire to keep customer experience firmly in mind whilst carrying out your duties
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
