What the Job Involves Delivering high-quality, innovative services that align with the objectives and targets of Fostering Services. Leading the development of regional improvements in Cardiff & Vale Fostering Teams and promoting best practice. Overseeing and managing the regional front door for fostering recruitment, including regional staff management and performance data reporting. Leading the development and implementation of the regional work programme for fostering services. Using the national performance framework to inform regional priorities, analyze information, and generate improvement plans.
