The role:
As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance individual and restaurant performance.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and enjoy working with the team, coaching on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
* Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
