As a Sales Assistant based in our Isle of Wight branch youll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude Working within the warehouse - (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets) Loading and unloading stock Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7am - 4pm or 8am-5pm and 1in4 Saturdays 8am-12. And heres what wed like you to have: Prior customer service or sales experience is essential. Willingness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
