The successful candidate will need to be punctual, flexible, enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive in their development and learning as they rotate between four specialist teams: stroke, neuro-medical, Head and Neck Cancer/ENT, and adult learning disabilities.
In each rotation, they will be responsible for assessing and managing communication and swallowing difficulties, with support and guidance from supervisors.
The candidate must be able to travel between sites promptly and be involved in developing and delivering training and education to families, patients, and staff.
They will work with care and compassion, demonstrating the Health Board's values throughout their work within the SLT team, wider MDTs, and professional forums.
