A vibrant and creative 11–18 school in Bath, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, is looking to appoint an Art ECT for a full-time, permanent position from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early career teacher to inspire students and develop their practice in a well-resourced and supportive environment.
About the Role
The appointed Art ECT will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, guiding students through a range of techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art. They will help learners develop technical skill, creative confidence, and individual artistic voices.
The successful candidate will also contribute to GCSE and A-Level coursework, assist in exhibitions, and promote engagement with the local art community through gallery visits and collaborative projects.
