* An actual salary of £17,380, based on Single Status Grade 3.7 / £24,796 (fte).
* Term time only. Hours are approx 08:40 - 15:10, five days (30hrs) a week, dependent on site .

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
* Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitoring and recording student progress.
* Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup.
* May be required to work at any of our six sites.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

* A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
* Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
