Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Timble Inn. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our inn, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming experience during their stay. Weekend availability is essential.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Ensure all linens and towels are laundered and replenished as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests professionally.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards are met consistently.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
