Rate: £52,393 per annum

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the effective and efficient running of the home, managing a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care.

About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our home.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a team of care and nursing staff to meet residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs.
2. Maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
3. Overseeing clinical elements and managing risks.
4. Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards.
5. Supervising the nursing team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed, reviewed, and reflect appropriate interventions.

You must have a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN and at least three years of post-registration experience, including management or supervisory training or qualifications.
You should also possess:

* A proactive, self-initiating approach.
