Offer description

We are seeking a PowerApps Developer Support to join our dynamic team at our Rugby headquarters. This key position will report directly to the Group IT Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our migration to a cutting-edge digital platform using PowerApps and Power Automate.

As part of a collaborative IT team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a transformative digital journey across our business units.

In this hands-on role, you will leverage your expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to develop solutions that address business needs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive automation across the organisation. You will also support in-house teams to ensure a seamless transition to the new platform.


Key Responsibilities & Accountability

* Design and deploy innovative solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate to solve complex business challenges. Work closely with the Group IT Manager to implement effective digital strategies that meet operational goals.
* Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and tailor solutions that drive business transformation. Your ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for business managers will be key.
* Utilise your deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and create efficiencies that align with the business’s strategic goals. Approach problem-solving with an automation-first mindset.
* Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios to ensure the reliability and quality of PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. Thoroughly document all solutions and processes for clarity and future reference.


Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

The successful applicant will possess:

* Proven experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
* Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 is highly advantageous.
* Good communication skills to effectively communicate with Business Managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and come up with solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
