* Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Shift Leaders, including scanning, typing, filing, and processing paperwork.
* Complete wage corrections, exceptions and clocking error updates for Sofina colleagues and temporary workers.
* Process Right to Work documentation promptly and accurately.
* Communicate and distribute paperwork to relevant departments, including updates to procedures.
* Maintain registers, shift rotas, line maps, centre lines, KPI trackers and other operational tools.
* Input and update data in site systems such as MIMO, SAP, SOPES and INNOVA.
* Complete Change of Particulars forms for permanent and temporary staff.
* Attend meetings as a scribe, recording and publishing actions for H&S, projects, DDS and factory discussions.
* Collate and record NMR and safety observations, as well as labour and yield meeting actions.
* Safety & Hygiene
* Act as a role model for safe working practices and report any safety, health or environmental issues promptly.
* Liaise with management on reasonable safety requests and ensure WTD risk assessments are completed and distributed.
* Promote clean-as-you-go and good manufacturing practices within your area.
* Quality, Cost & Accreditation
* Support a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.
* Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within your department.
* Contribute to maintaining high audit standards and supporting excellent performance in production and packing.
