As Head of Inbound Enquiries, you’ll lead the global process that transforms incoming interest into strategic growth. Your mission? To ensure every inquiry is handled with precision, qualified with insight, and routed for maximum impact. This is a leadership role at the heart of Evotec’s commercial engine—combining operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and proactive opportunity tracking to accelerate our pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Inbound Journey

1. Oversee the global process for managing inbound inquiries from email and digital platforms.

2. Ensure timely engagement and accurate documentation to create a seamless experience.

Qualify with Insight

3. Use advanced tools (Pitchbook, CRM) to assess lead relevance and strategic potential.

4. Apply qualification criteria to prioritize high-value opportunities.

Enable Commercial Success

5. Route qualified leads to the right regional teams for fast, effective follow-up.

6. Maintain clear records of handoffs and status updates in CRM systems.

Measure & Optimize

7. Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to continuously improve processes.

8. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

What You Bring

9. Deep understanding of lead management workflows and CRM systems.

10. Familiarity with data sources like GlobalData, Pitchbook, and sales enablement tools.

11. Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and identify trends.

12. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

13. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.

Requirements

17. 3+ years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or commercial support.

18. Experience managing people and driving team performance.

19. Fluent in English.
