About The Role
There are a few qualities we look for in all our Support Workers. We would need you to:
1. Be a good communicator (verbally and in writing)
2. Be patient, confident, and enthusiastic about caring for others
3. Be able to use your own initiative
4. Be able to work as part of a team
5. Have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24-hour support
6. Share our AFG values
We don’t require any specific training or previous experience in care as full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.
Your pay: Our Support Workers receive £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Full details of your pay will be included in your written offer once you are successful. As a ‘value-based’ employer, we seek likeminded individuals who genuinely care about the people they support and want to make a positive difference.
What are your shift patterns? We work flexible shifts, including Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends.
