About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Digital Content Editor to join our team within the Creative Studio in Bristol.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital content across website and other online platforms.
Reporting to Senior Digital Content Editor the core function is to assist with the delivery of digital content to support sales, profit, brand, and member experience. You will be part of a team responsible for the customer experience of rac.co.uk, in the mobile and desktop environments.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week at home.

What you’ll do
* Support day-to-day relationships with key contacts
* Work with CMS to upload and edit content (this will not involve writing copy)
* Assist in developing and delivering new content in various formats
* Ensure content optimised for SEO
* Complete BAU delivery (site changes)
* Support wider marketing initiatives with relevant and appropriate digital content
* Ensure site is supportive of optimum user experience
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have experience in using headless CMS and HTML and having experience within a similar role would be beneficial. You’ll also possess the following:
* An exceptional eye for attention to detail
* Experience using headless content management systems, e.g. Content Stack
* Exposure to consumer and retail marketing
* Experience in talking to wider teams within the business and at all levels
* PC literate and have a full understanding of Microsoft programmes
* Some knowledge of Financial Services market
* A basic understanding of the motoring services industry.
