An opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Manager to join the Frontier Technology Team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role reports directly to the Head of IT Operations and Security. It is based at our head office in Witham St Hughs, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on-site and 2 days from home, including occasional travel to other locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, directing, and managing Frontier's IAM processes, including internal/external audit support and Management Information (MI) reporting to the IT Senior Leadership Team.

About You
* Experience with IAM policies and frameworks
* Knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Entra AD, SSO, MFA, Secret Server)
* Understanding of IAM processes (e.g., SLIM, RBAC, SoD, Compromised Access)
* Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
* Leadership skills and ability to prioritize workloads
* Experience with facilitating access-related audits
* Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
* Team-oriented, responsible, and supportive attitude
Your Role
As an Identity & Access Manager, your responsibilities include shaping, implementing, and directing daily IAM processes, including leading initiatives and hands-on tasks:
* Establishing controls for authentication, authorization, and user management, including:
* Provisioning digital identities tied to individuals (SSO, SAP, ERP)
* Maintaining policy compliance for privileged and service accounts
* Ensuring user compliance across systems with RBAC and SoD
* Managing SLIM requirements (starters, leavers, internal moves)
* Maintaining compliance with access policies and audits
* Managing secure repositories and third-party access for external sharing
* Blocking/unblocking compromised accounts
* Supporting IAM technologies (Secret Server, CIAM, etc.)
* Supporting third-party IAM capabilities (Okta, Auth0, etc.)
* Supporting remote access technologies (VPN, MFA)
* Handling IAM escalations
* Supervising internal and external IAM audits
* Line management of IAM/Operations team staff (as needed)
* Collaborating with peers, seniors, and stakeholders
* Publishing regular MI reports on IAM status and trends
