Essential Job Functions
1. Records consistent problem areas and offers solutions to rectify.
2. Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.

4. Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
5. Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
6. Participates in and manages quoting process.
7. Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business
8. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
9. Handles client responses that may require deviation from standard procedures
10. Provides assistance to the Account Supervisor on giving leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists
11. Manage AR if below percentage in accordance with company goal.
12. Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements
23. Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing and distribution management.
24. 3-5 years client service experience
25. Minimum 5 years Finance and Leadership experience
