*ALL FORKLIFT DRIVERS NEED 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE & NEED AN ACCREDITED LICENSE* OnePlace Solutions are looking for experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers for their pallet network client based in Birmingham. Responsibilities: Safely operate counterbalance, reach, or PPT forklifts to load and unload palletised freight Sort, move, and scan pallets in line with Palletline network procedures Load and unload trailers according to hub schedules and load plans Ensure freight is handled carefully, checking for damage and reporting issues immediately Use handheld scanners and follow warehouse management system instructions Maintain accurate pallet counts and support cross-docking operations Marshall freight in correct bays, ensuring pallets are placed safely and securely Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards Support inbound and outbound operations during busy periods Qualifications: Needs to have at least 2 years experience with working on a Forklift Counterbalance Truck. Prior experience in a pallet network would be ideal. Hours: Monday to Friday working 9pm until 5:30am Pay: Paying £13.50 per hour pre 12 weeks and £14.50 after 12 weeks.
